25.  Skinhead Attitude (Daniel Schweizer, 2003) :: 6.5
Zoals de titel al zegt gaat het over Skinheads, maar ook het begin en wat er uit voortkwam. Rechts en links. Gaf me een goed beeld van deze subcultuur.
Mischief - Who Made Me Fat?
Ik zat gister op tv een documentaire te bekijken op de BBC. Het was Rebecca Wilcox die het wel en wee van voedsel in Groot B. kritische bekeek. De Olympische Zomerspelen van 2012 worden bijv gesponsord door fastfood giganten. In de ziekenhuizen zitten Burgerkings (als je gedotterd bent kan je gelijk het vet er weer aan eten.) En dat de producten in GB bijna allemaal grote hoeveelheden suiker, zout en vet bevatten. Ik heb dat zelf ook zo ervaren tijden de keren dat ik er ben geweest. Goed dat ze dit onder de aandacht brengt!

Van de makers van Earth. Mooie, leuke, grappige maar ook treurige beelden.
Voor iedereen die nog niet overtuigt is van het lidmaatschap van het WNF: kijk dit en Earth en je bent overtuigt.

nadeel is dat ik vaak de namen niet ken ....ik kijk bijv reportage en die koopt gewoon documentaires in van de bbc maar die verteld er nooit de naam bij...

Als ik de naam zoek dan kom ik bij IMDB er meestal wel achter. Dan heb ik maar weinig info nodig.

De Fascinaties van Boudewijn Büch S1: de dode, eilanden, schrijvers
Een wat warrige uitgave waarin werk van Boudewijn wordt samengevat. Zijn werk blijft bijzonder boeiend en zijn manier van brengen maakt het leuk.

Sinds ik Earthlings vijf sterren heb gegeven op MM. heeft de documentaire het al geschopt tot NR. 2 in de tip 250 lijst.

The Pervert's Guide to Cinema (2006)
De wereldberoemde Sloveense psychoanalyticus en cultuurtheoreticus Slavoj Zizek neemt ons aan de hand van beroemde filmfragmenten mee naar de diepste krochten van de menselijke psyche. Met aanstekelijk enthousiasme laat Zizek zijn - sterk (post)psychoanalytisch gekruide - denkbeelden los op diverse films. In welke mate kennen filmmakers het on(der)bewuste component van hun eigen creativiteit? En in welke mate draagt deze component bij aan het succes van de films? Zizek praat de films niet alleen slissend elkaar maar ook met een zwaar oost-europees accent.

Een duidelijke quote dat sommige filminterpretaties wel heel erg onzinnig zijn maar wel heel grappig om aan te horen. Wat een enthousiasme heeft die man. 
De lijst met films waar belangrijke dingen van worden verklapt in Pervert's Guide to Cinema. Is wel handig als je de films van te voren gezien hebt.
